It's hard to believe that the second week of Cohort 02 has flown by so quickly and that the third week is just around the corner. The lovely autumn weather makes our walks along Cheonggyecheon and the shared conversations feel like they'll be over too soon! The enthusiasm and passion of this cohort already create a warm atmosphere. With active participation and heated discussions on Slack even over the weekend, I'll share with you how our passionate Cohort 02 spent its second week. |

During the "Life & Its Challenges" session, we discussed the topic of "What Changes & What Doesn't Change." We posed the question of what the three most important questions in life are and took the time to sketch out each of our life portfolios. While technology continues to change our lives, there's always a mix of things that change and things that stay the same. One realization from sharing and discussing these important questions was that we all have similar concerns. This highlighted the importance of understanding others and oneself. Let's spend more time listening to each other's concerns and getting to know ourselves! |

We had the pleasure of hosting Vice President Junghye Ryu of Metaverse Entertainment. Did you know the impact of K-pop is immense? With random play, it's becoming a culture enjoyed by people of various cities and countries. The significance of owning a super IP was felt when digital idols debuted in the digital world. The convergence of AI and the entertainment industry heralds an era of limitless possibilities. With the debut of a virtual idol named Mave:, which went viral via random play, K-pop is increasingly making its mark. I'm hopeful that just like Apple has shown with their Vision Pro, the era of spatial computing will allow us to experience beyond the realms of offline and online. So, what should we prepare for? Unlimited creativity and imagination. What kind of future can we envision? |

Everyone came with their homework, which involved bringing in a problem. We structured our problems following the "How Might We" format, categorizing them with personas, immediate needs, why-how insights, and pain points. Among various issues, this cohort, Cohort 02, seemed particularly interested in education. We discussed using the characteristics of the HMW format and voted on which problems resonated the most. The question "Why don't we have dreams?" received the most votes. We brainstormed solutions and grouped them, thinking about how to turn this problem into a fundable idea. Everyone participated actively, and it was a fun session. Let's turn problems into fundable ideas! |

We had the opportunity to hear firsthand accounts of HR from Jay Jung, who has built his career path in global companies. Even if you don't have a clear plan for your next steps or ultimate career goals, he emphasized the importance of continuous planning. Every company and industry has its characteristics, so while company choice is up to the individual, there are various ways to go about it. He advised not to focus solely on one company's direction. In the end, logically explaining your career path and accumulating meaningful experiences is vital. Given the high interest in HR in this cohort, his insights were incredibly valuable. |

There was the second session of Metaverse led by Forest Lee. In this session, we onboarded to Spatial, the global metaverse platform, tried out four brand new metaverse games, and learned about the Spatial Influencer Program with the makers. This session was a great chance to know the current state of the metaverse with new experiences. We're looking forward to Spatial's new journey in leading the metaverse. |

While we've already selected participants for this cohort, we're still assisting those who wish to observe or join. Our doors are always open, so if anyone is interested in participating, please let the moderators know. It would be wonderful if more people could benefit from this great program. Thanks. |
