Session on Monday, June 19th: PSC session with Daniel, Linues Na Seok-Gyu
On Monday, during the Check-In session, we learned about MECE, which stands for Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive. We learned about the importance of logically organizing and structuring issues. During the PSC session of week 9, we had time to share ideas and projects that came up during the previous weeks. It was a time for feedback and questions to further develop those ideas. I really applaud all the efforts and processes of developing ideas within the maker community. Let's continue to develop and seek more feedback until the next week.
In the afternoon, we had Na Seokgyu Meister from Linus, an Edutech company developing metaverse and competency management solutions. We had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the metaverse and receive valuable advice for aspiring entrepreneurs or those starting their ventures. He shared the mindset of conducting business with a missionary spirit through education and emphasized the importance of communication, whether in the metaverse or the real world. It was a session that made us realize the significance of utilizing appropriate technology to make the world a better place.

Session on Wednesday, June 21: The Soul of a Leader with Erik & Heejin, Han Jae-sun
It was the final session with Erik, and we explored the topic of "Finding spiritual guidance." Through various questions, we discussed when we experienced burnout, whether we had a spiritual director, and the kind of person we wished to become. It was a time to reflect on who we can support, even if he is not a pastor.
In the afternoon, we had Han Jaesun, the founder of Ground X, the company behind Klaytn, who is now implementing the world's first community-based learning at KAIST. It was a talk show-style session and focused on Q&A. We had an insightful time filled with questions. He explained complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. We contemplated whether the convenience brought by digital technology is truly beneficial for humans. He shared thoughts on what tasks humans should or can focus on. He reminded us that business is a process of resolving uncertainty and with the increasing abundance of information, customers and markets are becoming more uncertain. This highlighted the importance of lean startups, where even if we have great ideas, we need the "courage to fold" based on customer and market reactions. He mentioned the 1:9:90 rule, consisting of 1 leader, 9 executors, and 90 observers. As we approach the Web3 era, it's crucial to have more executors, and it would be interesting to be part of the 1 or 9 rather than the 90 followers.
